This modern three-story, four-bedroom home includes over 3,000 square feet and will boast a pool and pool house in the backyard, making it an entertainer’s dream home. The exterior of this contemporary home harmoniously blends modern aesthetics and functional design. Anodized railings contribute to a contemporary aesthetic, and sleek, modern lighting fixtures ensure the house stands out, especially in the evening. The combination of exterior cement board, trim, fascia, and stucco in white creates a crisp and clean facade. 

The front door, a steel exterior door with a 4-light design, adds a touch of industrial charm. The siding features a dynamic mix, including Nichiha’s vintage wood and traditional James Hardie siding. The use of James Hardie Architectural Square Channel siding on vertical applications adds architectural interest. These exterior features make a bold statement, blending functionality with contemporary design elements.

Entrance/Foyer

The entrance of this home is designed to make a lasting impression. An in-ground planter housing a live tree welcomes residents and guests with a touch of nature, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and the outdoors. Wood panels not only serve as a striking accent wall but also function to minimize sound throughout the three-story foyer. The vertical slats establish a contemporary aesthetic but also aid in breaking sound waves for a more serene atmosphere. These panels feature a special felt backing crafted from 60% recycled plastic, optimizing noise absorption while contributing to sustainable design practices. 

The foyer’s centerpiece is a tiered chandelier with 26 multi-linear wands that elegantly cascade from a round pendant. The light play mimics a beautiful rain shower, adding a touch of glamour and sophistication to this modern home’s grand entrance.

Designer Kitchen

The kitchen of this home is a showcase of modern design and functionality. The two-toned European-styled cabinetry, featuring Gloss White and Natural Oak finishes, adds depth and visual interest to the space. Flat panel cabinetry, known for its clean and demanding aesthetic, imparts a minimalistic and contemporary look to the kitchen. The wood paneling that extends from behind the bed up onto the ceiling creates a design focal point, offering a warm and natural aesthetic. The interplay of natural wood against the white walls creates a striking contrast, enhancing the room’s overall visual appeal. The floor-to-ceiling windows amplify the serenity by allowing ample natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and open ambiance. 

Moving into the primary bathroom, a seamless transition of design elements is evident. Using large-format marginal white porcelain tiles, brings a cohesive and luxurious feel to the bathroom space. The floating vanities, along with chrome plumbing and fixtures, add a modern touch, contributing to the primary suite’s overall contemporary and sophisticated design.
