The cost of our services depends upon the project's type and scope of work. Our design fees are a flat rate for all of our interior design projects on the scope of your project. Any services provided outside the outlined scope of work as detailed in your quote would be charged hourly, with an upfront estimation of the proposed work to be completed.  

The time our services take entirely depends on the project's size and scope of work. The process can be as long as nine months to 2 years for renovation and new construction projects.

The process typically takes 3-9 months for furnishings-only projects, depending upon the complexity and scope. Smaller projects will take less time.

Our schedule starts, and the projected timeline for completion will be communicated upon approval of our quote and adding you to our project schedule.

This call will include a questionnaire to complete before we chat. During the call, we can review the menu of our services that work best for your project, including an in-home consultation for full-service design projects.

Yes, we will work with your existing licensed and qualified contractor.

We provide detailed drawings, finish selections, renders, elevations, and product and finish samples for the specific products we recommend for your space. We also send you a detailed quote for all recommended furnishings, including tax, freight, receiving, storage, delivery, and installation, to ensure we are on track with your budget requirements.  

If you have selected our full-service interior design package, we are with you every step of the way. Look forward to weekly check-ins, delivery, and installations until your home is picture-perfect!

Your initial design fee for full-service design includes realistic renders of specific critical spaces, typically main rooms such as kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We can discuss any other spaces that you desire. Our design presentation is highly detailed, and you will have a thorough understanding and clear vision of the proposed design once we take you through the completed design proposal.
