Design Presentation 

The Reveal 

Production and Fulfillment

We always start the same way, with a complimentary phone or zoom call to find out more about you and your upcoming project. We want to learn about you, your desired aesthetic and goals for your project. As important as it is for us to learn about you, we believe it is equally important for you to learn about how we work to ensure we are the perfect match.

We will provide you with a letter of agreement and a payment schedule. Once that has been completed, we are off creating beautiful designs that are your own! Our timeframe for completing your designs all depends on the scope of work. We will share an estimated timeline for your project during this step.

We schedule an in-depth face-to-face consultation. During this meeting, we will further discuss our process, your desired investment, and scope of work. We will also photograph your spaces, and review any drawings, inspiration or plans. Within 5-7 (?) days, we will provide a design proposal, along with an estimated budget for your upcoming project.

During your in-person design presentation, we will provide you with drawings, finish selections, renders, elevations, product and finish samples and the specific products we recommend for your space. We will provide you with a quote for all recommended furnishings, including tax, freight and storage costs.

Whether you are doing a construction renovation, new build or interior design, once we have your approval on all final designs, your project is well underway. We are busy placing orders, meeting with our trades and contractors and doing elevation work to ensure your project is implemented as designed. We will have weekly check-ins to make sure you are in the loop on the status of your project.

Installation is finalized and we are ready for the BIG reveal of your completed project. We are not finished until we have delivered the result you are completely happy with.
