How we work with builders
Production homes are typically constructed by the builder and offer limited customization options to the homebuyers. The builder provides several preset floor plans and uses pre-selected materials. Gracious Home Interiors offers architectural plan reviews, materials selections, interior and exterior finishes, lighting, and more.
We work together to build semi-custom homes. The builder and the interior designer will work together on layout options and finishes, and we will provide renderings for key rooms. The designer may also assist in some ordering and project management of the new construction.
Custom-built homes are where we shine! We work with the client to design every aspect of a new home. The designer works with the architect and the builder to assist in the design, managing of the project, budget, and more.
"We loved working with Gracious Home Interiors. Lori and her team are detailed, caring professionals with unique talents that helped us best define our design style. She and her team made excellent product suggestions that were in line with our budget. We are thrilled with our new dining room and proud to host many families and friends in the years to come."
