How we work with builders
We work together to build semi-custom homes. The builder and the interior designer will work together on layout options and finishes, and we will provide renderings for key rooms. The designer may also assist in some ordering and project management of the new construction.
Production homes are typically constructed by the builder and offer limited customization options to the homebuyers. The builder provides several preset floor plans and uses pre-selected materials. Gracious Home Interiors offers architectural plan reviews, materials selections, interior and exterior finishes, lighting, and more.
Custom-built homes are where we shine! We work with the client to design every aspect of a new home. The designer works with the architect and the builder to assist in the design, managing of the project, budget, and more.
