Following the Inspiration call, we schedule an In-home consultation to go over every detail of your needs and design goals
What to expect with our Full-Service Interior Design package?
We take accurate measurements and photos of the spaces to be designed
Following our consultation, we begin work on your design boards. Once those are complete, typically within two weeks, we schedule a “presentation” day once completed
Once aligned on the design concept for your home, we schedule a vendor visit (if necessary)
We draft and provide a detailed floor plan for each space being designed
Custom color stories for each space
Detailed 2D renderings of each space
Furniture / accessory ordering services

What to expect with our new construction and renovation services?
The first step is to schedule a complimentary Inspiration Call so we can learn more about your project
We present you with samples of all construction material selections (flooring, cabinetry, lighting, paint colors, etc.)
In partnership with architect, review of construction documentation including ceiling plans, millwork and elevation drawings, electrical plans, etc.
We draft and provide detailed floor plans and design boards for each room
We keep you informed through site visits, client meetings and design presentations
Once the design boards are complete, we schedule a “presentation” day
Depending on where you are in the process, we can provide recommendations for our trusted network of builders, architects and other tradesmen
Following the Inspiration Call, we schedule a consultation to go over every detail of your home drawings, specs, and design goals

My wife and I have used Lori's company twice, both times selling our primary residence. She is very hands-on, and the results both times were spectacular. One buyer wanted to buy the house with all of the staging, which of course, we couldn't do.
